Simple terms for a simple tool.

By accessing or using lemonpi.com or the LemonPI browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access LemonPI.

LemonPI is a free product intelligence tool that analyses product listings from supported shopping platforms (currently Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Target). For any product link you submit, LemonPI generates a report covering price alternatives, quality indicators, and ethical considerations about the brand or manufacturer.

LemonPI is free to use. We display no advertisements and we do not use affiliate links. We do not receive commission from any product or merchant mentioned in a report.

You may use LemonPI for personal, non-commercial research to assist your purchasing decisions. You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-query the LemonPI service in an automated fashion without our prior written consent.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the LemonPI platform or infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

Creating an account is not required to use LemonPI. Accounts are optional and unlock additional features, including the ability to save ESG (environmental, social, governance) preferences that personalise the ethics section of your reports.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@lemonpi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

LemonPI, its logo, and all original content produced by the service (including AI-generated report summaries) are the intellectual property of LemonPI. You may share or quote individual report findings for personal or editorial purposes provided you attribute the source. You may not reproduce or redistribute LemonPI’s interface, branding, or report output at scale without written permission.

Product names, trademarks, and brand data referenced in reports belong to their respective owners. LemonPI makes no claim of ownership over third-party marks.

Reports generated by LemonPI incorporate data from third-party sources including OpenAI, Google Gemini, WikiRate, and Trustpilot. LemonPI presents this data in good faith but cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Third-party sources are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

LemonPI provides product analysis for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of product quality or merchant reliability.

AI-generated insights in particular may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always independently verify significant purchasing decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LemonPI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

Your use of LemonPI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it before using the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.
